Registration for the El Llobregat Open Chess Tnmt. tournament will only be valid once the confirmation email is received. The Organization reserves the right of admission, being able to reject any registration request it deems appropriate; as well as the right to cancel the tournament without prior notice, provided it is for reasons of force majeure (such as the coronavirus pandemic), without having to provide financial compensation to the participants, only with the return of the registration fee or accommodation reservation.

You can book your room at Hotel El Castell here, at a price well below the market rate, as a gesture of goodwill from the organisers towards the players staying there. The hotel has a limited number of rooms, so they may sell out quickly. If you wish to change the length of your stay, or for other options, please contact the organisers.

A deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost is payable at the time of booking; the remaining 70% must be paid (also by card or PayPal) by 15 September 2026. The organisers will contact you before that date to request payment of the remaining amount; please ensure that your email address and contact telephone number are correct. The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration
