Purchase conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Contracting – hereinafter GTC – regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered on our website. Cancellation and refunds

GESTOPEN reserves the right to cancel the tournament without prior notice, provided that it is due to force majeure reasons (such as the coronavirus pandemic), without having to financially compensate the participants, only refunding the registration fee or accommodation booking.

If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for the tournament or their accommodation booking, they must notify the organization 90 days before the start of the tournament, and the registration fee or accommodation booking will be refunded. After this date, any requested cancellation will lose the right to claim the registration fee or accommodation booking.
